Such an adorable dog. So sad. I’m glad they are sueing him. It’s just horrible.
The dog never had the “spinal defect” that he gave as the reason to kill him but *now* the dog needs surgery to correct the deformities caused by being stuffed into a crate for a year.
I cannot imagine how that dog felt, waiting all that time for his people to come and save him.
It’s a waking nightmare.
