Is this the one of the URLs for the radio advertisement I hear on iHeart where it’s endofamerica44.com or endofamerica99.com or endofamerica30.com - and I presume the numeric suffix is what I take as a way they track the listener’s radio market?

Yes. They had something like this four years ago when I still lived in Seattle. Then I moved to KY and it was a slightly different suffix. I looked up that one and it was a farce.

No, they are selling something and those different prefixes are people who bought in to the program to sell stuff.

Sounds like a pyramid scheme to get people to buy a video or something. The video will tell people to buy into the program and sell videos too.
