According to WAFF-TV, the school's principal wrote Palin a letter asking if she would give the commencement speech, and she agreed. AL.com added that Palin is also friends with one of the graduate's grandmothers, which helped strengthen the connection.

I turned on a news channel (not Fox) this morning for a few moments.

In one interview there were three liberals and one (black) conservative.

The black conservative was the one one who was identified with a political identification.

The group was discussing Hillary Clinton, and all roundly looking for good things about her. Except for the conservative who I don’t believe actually commented on her.

(there were obviously other topics which were discussed, he seemed to actually be treated pretty well)

What struck me however was two of the women, as if from a script, both commented how “the media is currently overlooking Sarah Palin” because ... well they really wouldn’t comment on that.

It was wild.

Our media is so far left, right now.

Don't think so? If she is not relevant, I wonder why the MSM spends so much time and money “snarking” her. could it be that they are scared chitless that she may throw her hat in the ring?

Palin quit the Alaska governorship because after she ran for Vice President, liberals all went after her and it turns out Alaska among all of our states leaves a chief executive officer very exposed financially, to lawsuits.

She had an approval of over 80% in Alaska before she because the Vice Presidential candidate.

Her Vice Presidential run, alerted liberals to her, they saw a (huge) threat and all attacked.

I was disappointed, but I completely understand.

Palin has done the right things.

Keep your eyes open, for 2016. Just saying.

A recent example of Governor Palin's "words of wisdom".

OBAMA TWITTERING TEETERS TOWARDS CHAOS

This photo says it all about the Obama administration’s reliance on junior high-like tweets and tickles in place of a foreign policy rooted in peace through strength. Diplomacy via Twitter is the lazy, ineffectual, naïve, and insulting way for America’s leaders to deal with major national and international issues. It’s embarrassing. Under Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton’s State Department repeatedly refused to recognize Boko Haram as terrorists despite their conventional, predictable Islamic terrorist rants, training, and mission. Now, in a life or death situation, nearly 300 kidnapped Nigerian girls are in the hands of these terrorists awaiting rescue.

And what is the Obama administration’s weapon of choice in this battle for these young girls’ lives? Hashtagging tweets on social media! I kinda-sorta doubt a tweet will intimidate the kidnappers much. So, if you’re going to jump in and do something about these Islamic terrorists at all, then do it right, do it firmly, and kick their ass.

Like the patriot writes in this photo, winning takes Warriors. If you intend to rescue these innocent girls whose only “crime” was seeking an education despite the threats of insane Islamic terrorists who drag women back to the Stone Age (see, Liberals, THAT is the real “war on women” so quit making it up that conservatives wage it), then you need to send a message to the world that our United States military is the strongest force to protect the good guys, and the most deadly against the bad guys. Pretty simple, the world needs to know America is still on the side of the good guys.

If you’re going to get involved anyway, Mr. President, learn to understand this and believe it, then announce it: Victory is only brought to you “courtesy of the red, white and blue.” It’s certainly not won by your mere “unfriending” the bad guys on Facebook. Leading from behind is not the American way.

Yep, we need more kids to aspire to be quitters who only dream of doing reality TV shows.

The "quitter" meme is from the DUmpster or the Daily Kos.

If by "quitting" you mean that Palin prevented a "theft by conversion" from the Alaska taxpeasants, then you're correct.

The Left was using Alaska tax dollars to attack Governor Palin. She put a stop to the robbery.

And before you start in, no, she isn't electable. As I posted elsewhere:

When it came to Sarah Palin, the Left burned the crops, killed everything living, salted the fields, and then sprayed radioactive dust over the whole lot.

Now, if you're indeed a gun lover, as your screen nick indicates, here's one for you:

Sarah Palin’s ‘AR-15 makes a great gift’ tweet sends social media in tizzy

If you had any interest in conservatism, you would not be so clueless on whats been going on since August 2008, and who has been leading it.
