I agree - Soetoro was probably trying to ‘Ron Brown’ her, but then they got blown into Iran where she was saved. Normally, I would just say that she got bombed on martinis or whatever and fell in the tub— but not this time.

If it is true that the Cankles Witch had an intracranial bleed, then we can speculate three things:
1. Very significant blow to the head (more than a simple head bump or fall)
2. Minor head trauma with anticoagulants on board
3. Very shrunken brain, with bridging subdural veins exposed, predisposing to subdural bleeding with minor head trauma.
If we rule out Option 1, then we are left with Options 2 and 3. If she is not on anticoagulants from atrial fibrillation or deep vein thrombosis, then we are left with Option 3: an atrophic brain, from aging and (suspected) years of excess alcohol consumption.
If you’ve ever seen a scan of an aged, atrophic brain, you don’t want such a person in any position of significant authority.
I can only imaging what the brain of Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg looks like (shudder).
