A man from Ecuador convicted of dragging a Milford motorcyclist to his death under his pickup truck has been sentenced to up to 14 years in prison.
A judge Monday sentenced 37-year-old Nicolas Dutan Guaman after clearing him of a second-degree murder, but convicting him on other charges including vehicular manslaughter in the August 2011 death of 23-year-old Matthew Denice.
Denice was pinned in the truck’s wheel well.
In other words, the poor soul was grinded to death by the tire and pavement...
He needn’t worry. He’s sure to get an Obama pardon. No one’s more angry than Barack at the treatment of this undocumented Democrat.

Homeland Security helps smuggle illegal immigrant children into the U.S.
A federal judge in Texas late last week accused the Obama administration of aiding drug cartels, saying that instead of enforcing immigration laws, agents knowingly helped smuggle an illegal immigrant girl into the U.S. to live with her mother, also an illegal immigrant, in Virginia.
In a 10-page order, Judge Andrew S. Hanen said the case was the fourth such case he’s seen over the last month, and in each instance Border Patrol agents have helped to locate and deliver the children to their illegal immigrant parents.
The judge said in each case, the taxpayers footed the bill for flights — including flights to multiple locations in different parts of the U.S. that it took to find one of the children’s parents.

Which means, the killer will serve the minimum prison time, if any, for this offense and be promptly released onto American streets with welfare vouchers, an EBT card, a loaded Obamaphone and an individually signed letter from Obama apologizing for any inconvenience to his lifestyle.
