Slight correction to your generalization...I don't "hate" cops per se, I hate cops who ABUSE their authority and hide behind their badges when they've done something egregiously wrong.

Cops should be held just as accountable as any other citizen in similar circumstances, no get out of jail free cards simply because they wear a badge and "were in fear for their life".

I like cops. I really detest bad cops who abuse their authority and continually get away with it.

I’m surprised these cops didn’t just shoot the dog, however, that seems to be their current MO all across the fruited plain.

Nobody is harsher than me when cops get out of line. I noticed.

When articles like this are as common as "cop shoots dog" I will relent from what some call cop bashing.
