Nope. It’s a change. Republicans are responsible.

Don’t worry, the press will hype the h€ll out of the ones that do occur so the average Joe will believe that a weather apocalypse is upon us.

Not good. Everytime they predict above normal storms they season is mild.

These idiots are wrong every year and get quite handsome gov’t jobs, benefits and pensions on the taxpayers dime.

Don’t be surprised if 4 or more major hurricanes strike the mainland after this.

It seems to have ben so very easy to ignore La Nina and El Nino, as well as certain known ocean current phenomena that express more or less predictable (on the basis of past experiences) warming or cooling effects in more or less predictable regions of the ocean (one is reported to be presently causing melting of portions of the Antarctic ice cap), for the sake of crediting carbon dioxide for whatever the weather is doing. CO2 uber alles!!

I hope they are right, but it’s best to wait and see. I’ll leave the guessing up to the idiots who attribute every little change in the weather, and every storm to global warming. It’s a flipping nutball festival for dystopian kooks.

Remember the quake forecasters in Italy that were sued because they didn’t forecast an earthquake?

All forecast now are for worst case to make sure they are not sued. Notice how BAD the weather forecasts have be lately?

So, does that mean that because of global warming, the oceans are warmer, and then we have fewer hurricanes, tropical storms, etc.? (But, isn’t the warm water the source of the additional energy that causes hurricanes?)

Oh, wait - maybe fewer hurricanes is indicative of the oceans cooling - causing fewer tropical storms - but we cannot have that, as it contradicts the PC of the ruling class of globalwarmistas.

It’s been 3,100 days since a major hurricane, but don’t tell the Weather Channel. They’re still running stories about super-hurricane Sandy and Sandy-whiners up and down the east coast are still sitting on empty houses waiting for their payday.

But they can predict what the weather will be like in 20 years. Too funny.
