There are issues with the MK4 supplements, but hopefully they will eventually get that straightened out. For now, my MK4 sources are from food. Primarily eggs and gouda cheese, but sometimes chicken liver, chicken breasts and so forth.
I am in the process of trying to find a another source of eggs, since the farmer we were buying from retired, and moved to Texas.

I haven’t heard about the thorne’s drops, so I’ll have to check that out. I also read that Pure Indian Foods makes Ghee (clarified butter) from grass fed cows, and that would be a good source too.

Oh yes, good for the brain and a preventative/slowing factor in Alzheimers.

one bottle lasts the whole family 4 or 5 months though. 1 drop per.

gouda cheese is yummy. and iirc the jarlsberg swiss has k2 as well. It seems adequate k2 during childhood can determine orthodontic issues or lack thereof. I first read about k2 in the Weston Price stuff.
