The superintendent of the school district in Janesville, Wis. issued a public apology this week after two parents (and a grandparent) complained that students at taxpayer-funded Craig High School had been forced to watch a propaganda-laden video endorsing gay marriage.
The 16-minute video entitled Kids React to Gay Marriage was shown on April 11 in support of a national Day of Silence, reports the Wisconsin State Journal.
The video shows kids some very young reacting to actual same-sex marriage proposals. The youngsters then share their wisdom on political issues, including gay marriage.
Meanwhile, text runs on the screen concerning things like discrimination and hate crimes.
The reason for the apology was that the video violated a school district policy mandating that teachers present all sides of politically charged topics.
The appropriate thing would be to present both sides of an issue, or all sides of an issue, so thats why I sent the apology, because I felt we did not follow board policy, school district Superintendent Karen Schulte told the State Journal.
School board member Bill Sodemann suggested that showing only a blatantly pro-gay marriage video on a Day of Silence that calls attention to bullying amounts to bullying against anyone who opposes gay marriage.
The Janesville School District is, of course, most famous for sending 92 students from taxpayer-funded schools and 12 staffers with taxpayer-funded salaries to Madison back in March for a White Privilege Conference. The district was also home to Maria Caya, a 50-year-old elementary school teacher who showed up with the impressive blood-alcohol level of 0.27 percent to an end-of-the-year bowling field trip for 120 fourth- and fifth-graders. She resigned after the incident.

“because I felt we did not follow board policy, school district Superintendent Karen Schulte told the State Journal.”
So who has been fired for violating policy? I want names.
School = indoctrination camp
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
This and the Gay video!
This superintendent needs to be fired immediately. This kind of judgment can not be tolerated where childrens minds are concerned.
The appropriate thing would be to present both sides of an issue, or all sides of an issue,
Nice try, administrators, but a school district that recognizes the very existence of "Day of Silence" cannot actually think they are in ANY WAY objective about the issue of the perversion of marriage.
This was forecast to happen decades ago. It is becoming reality in front of our eyes.
“The youngsters then share their wisdom on political issues, “
Bravo Sierra! Youngsters who are genuinely wise are less than .0001% of the population, and are self evident upon even a casual conversation with them.
We need to bring back tar and feathering.
Wisconsin schools:
Doing what it takes to rectally violate your children!
Has the Wisconsin school systems contacted the BSA and NAMBLA for advice on their next move?
They are sorry they got called out on this! On with more propaganda.
Public Education is owned by academia, the Marxists and the gay lobby.
So what are conservative families doing about it. Not a d@&# thing. They drop the kids off every morning and drive off.

Janesville.....Amnesty loving Paul Ryan’s congressional district.
Yeah, you're right...but what are we doing about anything these days? Going on FReep, TB2K, AR-15.com, and other discussion boards and ranting to the choir. Not too long ago, we got PO'd, laced up the Reeboks, grabbed our picket signs and marched at Tea Party rallies. Then, as always after a victory at the polls, we went back to sleep and our enemies grabbed power once again.
We are our own worst enemies because of our laziness and cowardice.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
It’s the internet keyboard venting syndrome, as you pointed out.
It keeps us off the streets entirely and away from our neighbors, organizing and raising hell, and strategizing together on how to get our kids out of public schools until the shelling stops, at least.
OTOH, homeschooling is made easier using the “internet”, today.
