They’ve kept “climate change” in reserve since the late 80s when the UN founded the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

“Global Warming” - on the one hand, it’s more attention-getting; on the other, it’s falsifiable. Best stick to the generalities or founder on the rocks of real data.

“study finds that sort of verbal switcheroo carries weight when Americans use or hear global warming versus climate change.
Global warming is scarier, yet much easier to disprove. Climate change is almost impossible to disprove yet doesn’t give the much needed scare. Decisions, decisions...

The study, which does not endorse or disavow any atmospheric science, had one goal - to learn how the two terms get interpreted by the American public, said lead researcher Anthony Leiserowitz, a research scientist at Yales School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. The findings are based on two nationally representative surveys of more than 2,600 American adults conducted between November and January. What did the study cost and who paid for it?

Climate change. Since climate is a non-static system, no matter what happens they’re somewhat correct.

since the climate is always changing we need an ongoing climate tax to keep it within reasonable boundaries.
Then we’ll add a 10% sur tax to hold back the tide and reduce solar activity.
