You’re right, it’s Gullit, I knew it was him, but I just couldn’t remember the name.
And you’re right, it’s Balotelli (he has two earrings).

Perhaps the one I took for Socrates is actually Zico. The one I thought was Figo may be Xavi.
Looks like the google trick of image search can find the images. The artist seems to be Daniel Nyari. Some of his work you can identify who it is, others no. Gareth Bale and Steve Gerrard on that page. The 3rd person in the image may well be Cristiano Ronaldo but the image was possibly cropped off, I think the same image is in the link. Some more Playmakers.
Just in case anyone is curious, I was able to run this down with some help.
Just remember, they are cotton, hang them to dry.
