Put up a sign saying no displays of affection permitted. They can enjoy their meal, pay the bill, and find somewhere else to dine if they can’t keep their hands off each other, or legs or whatever.

Then, to be fair, you'd have also to expel the mother consoling her crying infant, the three-year-old resting his head on his father's lap and falling asleep, etc.

Not necessary. I have no problem with innocent displays of affection between man/woman couples, such as putting an arm around a shoulder in a booth, rubbing a shoulder, etc. The owner has every right to restrict behavior to this type only.
