My dogs are over a hundred lbs. When they have the runs (one did just the other day) they can stink up the entire house. It’s easy to say, oh, just deal or clean it up but it can be much harder if a big dog has really a good problem.

My guess is the dog got nervous and really made a huge mess everywhere, and that smell doesn’t go away. It was probably all mucous type goo. Lots of it. (With a dog, once is never enough) And you can’t open the windows in a plane.

Yes. We have a lab, and when she has had a blow-out in the house, it makes you sick. The smell is terrible. Our little dog has these cute little poops she can hide, but the big dog has me retching. I can smell it the second I walk in the house, even if she tried to hide her accident upstairs (thankfully rare when she was sick). I believe this story!
