Ann Coulter wrote an absolutely brilliant column on this a few days ago, did you read it? Everything she states in this column is 100% true. I read the entire Elliot Rogers manifesto as she did. We don’t have a gun problem in this country, we have a mental health problem. We have psychopaths allowed free reign in public and expect no problems which is like allowing 3 year olds to run amok and expecting no problems. It will never work yet we keep allowing it. The second this kids parents called the cops on him, the cops should have been REQUIRED by law to arrest him and send him for a psyche evaluation. Instead the cops were put into the position of acting as mental health experts which is like asking garbage men to act as brain surgeons, no offense to cops, but ANYTIME someones mental health is questioned it should be MANDATORY that person is evaluated. If that process is abused then let them work it out in court. But for now, how many more examples do we need? Every single mass murder has been committed by psychopaths who have NO control over themselves. Yet liberals insist we keep focusing on guns as if eliminating guns will eliminate psychopaths.
