Worked in inner city Columbus, Ohio for 4.
Grew up , worked, and went to school in inner city Philly for 28 years.
Gee! I am soooooo glad to be done with that! I now live in a nice, very peaceful, and very white red state.

So the high school is near Towson University?... Randallstown High School is nearly 15 miles from Towson University, depending on which route you take. RHS apparently rented the TU auditorium. Towson University is well-regarded and is still majority white; your implied conclusions are inaccurate, as a little online research would have easily shown.
