And? This isn't strange, my Standard Poodle does this all the time...
Emma is a platinum blonde, so she has to battle the stereotype of a bad driver all the time.

With his foot on the brake when the car was put in gear by the dog, how did the car accelerate? Incompetent driver ran his car in the water and blamed the dog. Next...

The accelerator is described in the article. The brake is not but that just indicates he is not thinking of covering all his bases.

What does it buy him to lie about it? Wierd things happen. As they say, truth is stranger than fiction.

It blames his stupidity on running his car into the pond on his equally stupid story that the dog did it. Either way he is incredibly stupid and not in control of his vehicle. Why do you take up for him so much? Was it you?

It buys him nothing. That is the point. I don’t see why this will help him with insurance or anything. Just because your child messed up the car doesn’t mean you the parent are not going to have to pay for any excess damages or premiums. They’re not going to help him out with his own dog involved.

I’m not defending him per se. I’m just tired of people constantly disbelieving the unthinkable, is all. Happens every week here. Some amazing story, and no one can believe it actually happened, but weird improbable but not impossible things do happen in real life.
