I enjoy nature but this is getting ridiculous. We have a pair of chipmunks raiding our veggie garden and we had to free a snake last night that got caught in the netting on the mulch and just now, a groundhog was seen running through the back yard. I opened both gates to shoo him out but he dodged back into the shrubs. I think it’s time for a trap to relocate some critters.

Do you have the space fenced? I used landscape cloth, too because I didn’t want anything getting caught, but nothing stops determined birds from flying in-they just ignore my little scarecrow...

Out here, even the smallest veggie gardens have a 5-7 ft. fence-I brought my own fencing with me for just that purpose. If the smaller critters don’t get in and munch during the daytime, the deer will come and eat everything at night unless the garden plot is game-fenced...
