i'm looking for a Jim Messina song that sounds like a cross between Anger Eyes and Good Friend that was done i believe with Poco, maybe live... i don't think it was Buffalo Springfield
i have searched google for a couple days and every associated discography i can find but haven't found the song
i have come to the conclusion that if i am to find it, it will only be through the knowledge base of FReerepublic

Didn’t think so but that’s what happens when one is drunk posting and slow roasting Roma tomatoes at 10,000’.

yup, but it's the middle guitar solo part solo of a song that sounds like what later turned into the full song Angry Eyes

Too bad you didn’t have Soundhound around. Did you try looking for a playlist on XM’s website?

Go on Spotify and listen to all the Messina era Poco work. Sounds like it might be “Nobody’s Fool” from the 2nd Poco album, titled: “POCO”

LOL, i have no idea what this JM's politics are cause he's smart enough not to run his mouth off about themI actually did an interview in the late '90s with Jim Messina during the Clinton impeachment trail and he was thoroughly disgusted with Clinton. He brought the subject up during the interview.
