Yes.
He was making a “rush” delivery of “human organs” to a plane at National Airport. They held the plane and let him on the tarmac while being escorted. He clipped another plane as his overhead clearance wasn’t the same as his escorts. The plane he hit was basically parked and had no passengers on board.
