10 years and billions of dollars of building the iraq army... We were not building an Iraqi army. We were hiring people to wear a uniform and collect a paycheck.
It's only an army if the men in it are willing to fight.
As far as the Shiite majority in Iraq, they will either be killed, driven out of Sunni areas (the areas with oil), or develop a willingness to exterminate the Sunnis utterly.
