If these are the standards that she would fight for, then why don’t they apply to food stamps??

“Her annual garden harvest”? We’re a zone south of DC, and all we’ve harvested so far is a good crop of mixed lettuces and one Roma tomato. A cardinal ate the other tomato.

pledged to fight until the bitter end Wonderful language for a war time first lady, and as the enemy is closing in on Iraq's capital, and Putin is reconquering Europe, and China moves in the Pacific, and America is in global retreat.

Times are tough all over. At least none of us had to eat stinging nettles this spring ... the lettuces can handle a lot of cold weather.

I feel ya. Stupid mocking birds ate all my strawberries. I’d turn them into corpses but they are the state bird. Tomatoes are a pain to grow. I’m doing native tomatoes, aka ground cherries, native cucumbers, and lots of hibiscus.
that garden is likely full of plants that were half grown indoors under artificial light cycles to get early yields and to make it look like her fat arse knows what she is doing.

The response to all of Michelle’s hysteria should be a major boycott of the School Feeding program with parents finally taking responsibility for their own kids’ nutrition. Oh and by the way - Bite me, Michelle!!! See what real bitterness tastes like.
