3-2
Great game, double overtime.
I was waiting for the local news, then decided the game might go on until tomorrow morning. Great game.
turned it on in 2OT. Amazing play. The game-caller was incredible. I don’t watch much hockey but his his play-by-play was so well done.
Wasn’t for them but congrats to the Kings, from what I saw they are a hard working and for ice hockey, sporting team.
And congrats to the Rangers who were in 3 of the 4 they lost. They played hard and well as well.
Incredible OT. Rangers goalie had to be superhuman just to keep Rangers in game.
Mike Emerick. He’s one of the best.
Great game!
I’m a lifelong Kings fan and I’m partying tonight!!!!
Great game! So many pucks off the posts and the goalies were amazing!
INTENSE GAME..was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Rangers gave it everything they had..nice to see a parade for the champs through the streets of LA..Congrats Kings!
Glad the Kings won it at home...for a 5 game series, both teams played great.
I just wish that it had gone the full seven games played the same way.
YES! One cup up on the Quacks. Been following the Kings even before the Triple crown line of Dionne, Simmers and Taylor, back when there like 3 guys that followed Hockey in High School
My beef is that I had to choose watching the double OT over Episode 1 Season 1 of Perry Mason on MeTV, even if I have seen it at least twice. I forget a lot of it.
YEAH!!!
Not the red wings, so I don’t Care.

Too bad the game hinged on a blown call by the referee. Mats Zuccarello for the Rangers was given a tripping penalty after he was tripped by Jake Muzzin and the Kings scored to tie the game.
No sour grapes, Kings wanted it more. Hopefully, next season’s Rangers team will be much better without Brad Richards AND Rick Nash.
Sour grapes! Brian Boyle's short-handed goal only happened because of a non-call in the neutral-zone, when Hagelin checked the King's D (Voynov) into the boards when the 2 were chasing down a loose puck - and BEFORE either got to the puck. It was clear interference, but play went on and Boyle scored. There wouldn't have been an OT if this were called. Plus, anyone that beats the Rangers is my favorite team of the moment. ("LET'S GO FLYERS!")
Well it’s not surprising that LA — that hockey powerhouse where there is nothing to do all winter long but skate on ponds and lakes pushing pucks around and occasionally falling in and freezing — wins the Stanley Cup.
A parade down palmtree-lined streets??? Ohhhh ... Yehhh —
NEVER MIND.
