If the USA does not win today, they have no chance of advancing out of the group stage.
Watch Portugal get a draw or better with Germany. Then, let's see all those who have been derisive towards Portugal. The USA has close to a mission impossible group and the selection may not help it that much.
USA wins vs. Ghana today though. I feel confident about that. Get the win and then worry about the next step.
Bring on the Germans, if they are better than Portugal, it is only barely.
We Will See!

Let’s see how Zee Germans back up all the talk here!

The US beat Figo and Portugal in 2002. They are a one-trick pony.

Speaking of shoes, it looks to me as if Nike is winning the boot battle with its Magista and Mercurial lines, the yellow shoes that are basically fly-knit socks with cleats attached.
Cristiano Ronaldo is supposed to be wearing the high-top Nike Mercurial Superfly today, and I don't think I've seen those yet.

I am for Portugal today, but did anyone else notice half the players not singing during the German anthem?
To: Berlin_Freeper
Khedira should have had that one.

Straight red as Pepe gets sent off.

Guess we won’t be seeing Pepe when the US plays them.
Not impressed with Portugal, we can take them.
More goals Germany scores, the better.
