That was my grandfather's thing to do. When he'd have company, he'd fire up the rotisserie and barbecue a tongue.

He'd slice it up thin and lay it out real pretty on a big platter and, when the last slice came off the plate, he'd get this sh*t eating grin on his face and say: "Ya know what ya ate, dontcha?"

I have been visiting my 92 and 83 year old aunts all week. The other day we were talking and the 92 year old says........I wish I had a possum to eat. I almost died laughing. They were raised really poor and ate everything.
