Haha - no really - I may not like a certain team while playing but for each of them, players or coach, it is a job. I don’t really dislike most players or coaches - just those who are dog torturers or wife beaters...dead beat dads...that sort of thing.
And it is going to get worse before it gets better

We were discussing scotch the other day - does it only “age” while in the barrel or would a bottled 12 year old scotch, that you’ve owned for 3 years become 15 year old?

Yeah those old school guys are quickly fading...but then again, the diva players are multiplying so the old school guys probably wouldn’t survive these days. I’m sure they have professional babysitters for some of these guys!

Yes I agree and I’m sure McDonalds has a dress requirement beyond the uniform - hair/etc....but imagine a cross dressing freak showing up with wild hair and long nails, along with his uniform. This type of legislation is the gotcha stuff where that guy will sue his employer and get away with it.

I agree absolutely-if the public sector wants to let chaos rule, that is their problem-and as long as taxpayers keep funding them, they will keep doing whatever insane thing they want, but private employers are another matter-they are not taxpayer funded.
I worked in the public sector for 7 years, and it was strict to the point of being oppressive. I was amazed at the lack of hard rules when I went to work for a private employer for the first time-but there was still a dress code, a client confidentiality agreement to sign, penalties for offending a client or company rep, misuse of on-the-clock-time, etc.
My compadre and I ask for guys to dress in clean, decent cutoffs/jeans and T-shirts for work. Some customers are freaky about tattoos, but we can’t really ask subs to cover them up-they are independent contractors. People live and work out here to get away from rules, there are rednecks, bikers and hippies out here-all are conservatives, and most have several visible tats...
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the wedding this past weekend, that there were no visible tats on any of the 5 bridesmaids or the bride. The dresses were all either strapless or spaghetti strap or one shoulder. On contractors, I could care less about tats.
I’ didn’t know that about aged liquor, either-I thought it was just a matter of years, wherever it was...

The fact that tats are a fashion statement, so we are talking about being surprised that bridesmaids don’t have visible ones is weird...
Not so many women here have tats-at least not that you can see when they have on a tank top, shorts, hip huggers, etc. A lot of the biker’s wives/old ladies in my age group are inked on their ankles, legs, shoulders-but no tramp stamp ones-those are on the women 40ish and younger.
Whereas, with other spirits... I had to, it’s vodka. It goes bad once it’s opened. Name that character.

The fact that distilled liquor goes in clear and comes out brown clues you into something going on in the barrell. ;-)
And they always use fresh oak barrels for bourbon that are charred on the inside before filling. The charring caramelizes the sugars in the wood.
