Now that the attorney general Eric Holder’s justice department is looking for parity in punishing black kids versus white kids in the schools, lots of pseudocrimes will be attributed to white kids to get the numbers even.

What I don't get is why his parents spent over $120,000 for five months of dubious education. That kind of money should get you the highest quality private tutor available for at least a year.

At minimum, the parents should sue for refund of all tuition paid.

I think that we need to just ban Crayola. I mean how can they stay in business? They are making aggressive weapons of mass destruction and are pointed to boot! No more paper in schools either or pencils or books. Maybe we should just have all the kids strapped to a cot and they can just stare a the sky and chant to gaia all day!

All of the overreactions by school administrators really have little to do with gun violence, or fear of gun violence. Clearly, paper guns cannot hurt anyone, nor can pop tart guns.
Instead, it is specifically directed to change a child’s perception of a gun as something so dangerous, it can not even be thought about. It is the demonization of anything affilated with the idea of a gun. That is why this is being specifically directed at very young children, who cannot even understand the consequences which are looming if they even think about making a paper gun. It is about teaching compliance to a single way of thinking.
