Hillary Clinton's new book 'Hard Choices' is a 'bomb', according to a publishing source.
The former first lady's memoir - detailing her time as secretary of state under Obama - has sold just 60,000 hardcover copies and 24,000 e-books, the source told The Weekly Standard.
The results come after publisher Simon & Schuster's 'hoping and praying' that 150,000 print copies would be sold in the first week after the book went on sale on June 10, the source added.
'Between us, they are nervous at S&S,' the source said. 'Sales were well below expectations and the media was a disaster... It's a bomb, but it will be interesting to see how they spin it.'

Her book was 30% off at Barnes and Noble last week (40% for members). She’s coming to Seattle tomorrow. Line-ups start at 9 am, and you have to get a $38 wristband to even get in and get a signed copy of her book!
He said her title should have been used by Slick on a book about Monica.
If Hillary can’t sell her book in Seattle, she is in even worse trouble.
Maybe they can sell some of the furniture they took from the White House.
I keep getting B&N coupons for the book at 40% off before my membership. They can’t move these at half price or NOOK price.
I was living in Houston when the whole Chick thing happened. My biggest laugh was when I went on eBay to see how much the tickets were being scalped to the “sold out” show......there was a pair of front row tickets that had an asking price of $1.00......I’m pretty sure they didn’t sell. I immediately broke in half and tossed in the trash the DC cds I had.......loved that that pretty much finished off their careers. I remember that the (now ex) husband of one of the sisters came out and said that the two sisters didn’t agree with Natalie but they couldn’t keep their mouths shut (he was trying to save their careers) and came out and said that yes, they did agree with her. Nice career while they had it.
Not to worry. George Soros will buy a million copies (with the assurance that once she’s elected he’ll be paid back with interest).

Saw a copy prominently displayed in a small indie bookstore in Moscow, ID, the other day. Even the university liberals are giving it a pass. Actually, I heard snickering.
Man, you deal with the Clintons, they get rich, you get screwed.
Not to worry; Soros or some one like him will buy them all up, it has been done for democrats before, just so she can fund her campaign with proceeds from the book.
