I know that there have been any number of post here on FR about the Battle of Athens, but after see a number of post here on FR I think FReepers need to be remind just why and what the Second Amendment was written for. It was for deer, duck hunters, it wasn't for collectors or people who enjoy going down at the creek bank or the old quarry and pinging bottles and cans. It was written for a time when Patriots might have to take action to protect hard won and God given freedoms.

Tennessee Patriots are an example of who the obama administration refers to as Racists and Terrorists!

We need a few more like the Battle of Athens. Nobody really got hurt, and the bad buys were run out of the system. All because real Americans, real men, stuck to their guns.

Not even accurate. You have been posting on several threads about this particular dust up. Corruption in government is not new. Violence against corruption is not new.
The constitution which gibes us a republic has a nonviolent method for dealing with all of this. Calling for violent uprising against the government is considered treasonous. Even the founders understood that if they did not win the revolution they would be hung as traitors.
Your definition of a patriot is obviously different than mine. I love my country. I choose to fight with the tools the founders gave us

Today they’d all be killed and the survivors would be sent to state prison for life.
This is not our parents America.
