I doubt it. Unarmed assault is one thing, but if you try to commit an armed crime in Arizona, it is open season on you.

I'm thinking along the lines of LA gangs...Crips,Bloods,Latin Kings,MS 13.I'd be surprised if all these gangs haven't made it to Arizona. If my hunch is correct I'd bet that they wouldn't be afraid of a single guy...Special Forces or not.

Gangs in Arizona try very hard to keep a low profile for several reasons. Joe Arpaio in Phoenix has long had a “gang buster” attitude, and the southern Arizona gangs try very hard to be invisible, because the region is a major route for drugs and illegals.

That is, if some gang gets in the way of a Mexican cartel or the Mexican Mafia, they are dead. The MM is so powerful, for example, that it ordered the Los Angeles Crips and Bloods to have a ceasefire in their gang war for 20 years or more. Solely because it was bad for business.

When there is gang on gang violence in Tucson, it is more like an assassination than a drive by. It is done discreetly as well, and no ‘civilians’ are involved.

Well, that’s pretty much my assessment as to why I don’t think the fool who was kicked out of the store won’t be back, unless he is on his own.
