For sure. We don’t have all the facts and the article is clearly written to generate simpathy for this gal, but every driver has a responsibilityto operate at a speed he can observe and avoid hhazards. Her actions are definitely a factor in this crash, but the other driver caused when he ran into her car.

No. Lights not on. Dark car. At night. Stopped partially in a traffic lane. Basically invisible. But some here think it was the motorcyclist’s fault. For not being psychic? Not having infrared vision? Just wow.
