I wouldn’t be too shocked to hear that most of these stiff are registered to vote in the Nov elections.
La. has some very strict voting laws. We have had a voter I.D. law for decades. My wife and daughter both work the elections and the system down here is pretty redundant so voter fraud would be difficult. La. is one of the states that has the best system to prevent voter fraud.
