Here it’s annual from the county, and some counties give a discount for paying up to five years out, which also locks in the assessment and millage.
There are plenty of rich guys smart enough to not use one of the Big Four.

More likely the home is owned by a corporation and they moved their office.
People with all that stuff going on have people to deal with stuff. They don’t tend to get any bills at home.
