I don’t think you have to change to “no party” status to vote for a write-in in the fall. If you did I’m thinking only Tea Party and McDaniel loyalists would be will to do that. I say go for it. Wouldn’t need 50% at that point either - just simple majority.
Wonder how long, and what will it take for Mrs. Palin to drop the (R)? I’ll be next.
