BP wants a federal judge to order restitution — plus interest — of what it says are hundreds of millions of dollars in overpayments to some businesses that claimed losses due to the 2010 Gulf oil spill.

In a Friday court filing, BP points to a revised policy for calculating losses that was approved by the court in May.

The company says the court should order recalculation of awards paid prior to that change.

Meanwhile, BP continues its legal fight on a related issue: whether businesses have to prove they were directly harmed by the spill to collect money.

That’s quite funny. BP is getting no such thing, phony clams or not.

Shortly following the Gulf Oil Spill, I wrote a seven part series which exposed the conspiracy, which in part, blew the lid off the event by demonstrating the money movement prior to the explosion was orchestrated. Yes, I am saying that this was a false flag event. Proving this assertion is as easy as counting 1-2-3. The players involved in the Great Gulf Coast Holocaust were the following:

I live in Florida and it was a cottage industry making claims against BP...mostly bogus..

Dozens of commercials every day...

Even people barely affected were cashing in...

...and of course the lawyers were getting rich...

If it had been up to me, I would have banned BP (forcing a sale of refineries and pipelines, etc) from the US for 25 years.
BP has operated on the cheap in the US, costing dozens of American lives.

F them.
