Messing around with a handgun , my ass. He shot him. It's not the messin around part I don't believe, it's the accidentally fired part that I don't believe. It's right up there with the gun just went off by itself. He could have intentionally shot him, Stupidly shot him, unintentionally shot him, but accidentally? I don't think so.
