Not only are oral contraceptives and condoms still available so is the abortion drug, Plan B, which is sold in plan sight and can be purchased by anyone without a prescription or proof of age. A 14 year old girl would have less trouble getting Plan B than she would getting her ears pierced or a getting a tattoo.
