I dunno about how likely it would be. Seems to me that the bolts would be retracted by the door handle. What sort of interlocks are provided to prevent actuation of the door handle while in flight, yet not hinder egress after a mishap?
Airline doors have to open inwards before they can swing outwards, and because of this they cannot be moved against the cabin pressurization when at altitude even after the door handle has been actuated.
