May be symptoms of the auto-immune disorder she has.

Supposedly, Serena has dodged testing from time to time. She complains that it interferes with her religious beliefs, as she is a Jehovah Witness

I have never heard of any instance of Ms. Williams testing positive for drugs, PED or otherwise.

She is more than likely suffering from exactly what they have disclosed a viral infection that caused her to be disoriented.

I do not follow tennis and have no personal knowledge of Ms. Williams and her life. To disparage her after decades of top tennis performance is unfair.

Serena nearly died from a pulmonary embolism not to long ago.
I think she has ongoing respiratory issues that continue to threaten her health and manifest occasionally in some way on the tennis court.

I can attest to the Auto Immune disorder as one almost ended my life a couple years ago. It was a very strange feeling. My blood count was below six and settled at 5. The average male has a blood count of 14-16. I was accused of already being dead by more than one doctor yet had been functioning in a more or less normal fashion, though extremely exhausted, for weeks.

They said I must have a very high tolerance for pain. I told them ‘I have been married for close to 15 years, does that count?’

Not a Serena fan, but....at this stage it would be best to give the girl the benefit of the doubt.

After looking at the ESPN I think it is her sister with the auto-immune problems. They are reporting that Serena is ill with a virus. If so, I give her a lot of credit for giving it a shot because she did not look well at all.

Glad to hear you are functioning well and hope they find a cure for you. In my marriage I think it is my wife who needs a high tolerance for pain.

I don’t think you need “proof” to state that something seems obvious. I’m not a court or a sports authority, just an observer.

“Don’t they regularly,and carefully,test for that stuff?”

So did the Tour de France, the Olympics, and Major League Baseball, and we have already seen how foolproof those testing regimens were.

“Yes,she kinda muscular but then so are female figure skaters.”

Nah, you are talking two completely different kinds of “muscular”. Unless you are referring to the East German female skaters.

Could be magnesium or taurine deficiency. Elite athletes that have dropped dead after or before competetion have been documented through autopsy, as being severly defecient. In fact, 60 % or more of Americans are. Intitial symptoms are similar.

Good news, I am in remission. They pumped me full of massive doses of prednisone steroids, which caused its’ own problems but it cured me.

Maybe if you tried blaming this on her having watched a inflammatory video it would gain more traction with those predisposed to issue the well worn ‘benefit of the doubt’ smack if they don’t agree with you.
Hey but don’t blame me if factional lack of rationale (believe) is the key.

Jehovah’s Witness

Is she serious? Wearing those itsy bitty clothes in public and all the stuff they have done is not very JW of them.
