We just got our electric bill. Went from $72.00 up to $110.00! Could be the air conditioner - or not? I’ll have to check last year’s electric bill.
Howsaout those PATRIOTS in California that blocked the feds busing ILLEGAL ALIENS into their town?! That’s what needs to happen everywhere!
Our electric bill is up too. We were supposed to pick a new supplier but I think it’s too late now. FWIW I don’t like ANY of the choices!
Speaking of the illegal aliens; I was just reading a thread where the drs and nurses are being threatened with arrest if they talk about what they are seeing at these holding places. Diseases, mental disorders, etc. The guards are calling THEMSESLVES ‘brownshirts’!
Same as when Castro sent the people he didn’t want. All were criminals, mental cases or infected with disease.
We are being invaded and the administration is helping them come here.

I don’t understand why he is given ANY air time. That’s just what this sicko, pos wants and she just gave it to him.
That interview makes me wonder if Megan needs some help. Her ratings were supposed to be good but the interview seemed like a ratings grab.
Maybe it was just something she wanted to do but I wouldn’t give him airtime.
With him blatently stating he wouldn’t rule out future bombings of the US he should be arrested right on the spot! He is preaching the violent overthrow of the government and that is treason!
All the electric rates went up for this quarter so the power companies can recoup the revenue they lost when they had to buy power from elsewhere on the “spot market” during the coldest bits of winter.

We just moved, and had to change from Duquesne Light to West Penn Power. The rate to compare for WPP for April & May (we officially moved in May, but we had to turn the power on to perform cleaning and repairs) was 4.9 (can’t remember the proper unit of measuring). Rates increased June 1st. The rate is now 6.4 or something like that. I need to shop around too.
This also means that I need to shop around for my Mom’s again. We had a decent rate via Direct Energy, but I think she’s close to its expiration. Her electric costs are ridiculous, especially since she isn’t there for part of the year.
I always participate in the budget, if it makes sense. Right now, it doesn’t. The last family that lived there caused the budget plan to be $116 a month. My first bill was a way overestimated bill of $109, so this month, I had a $52 credit.
Thanks! I will - What I saw when I looked is that the “shop around” rates are about the same as WPP.
I’ll have more time to look this weekend.
