Skip to 1:34 in the video. It hurts just to watch.
Nanci Peolsi is trying to get that added as a standard diagnostic tool for Obamacare.
I know that most runners have bad legs long before 64. The arts are much more
physical than that so I would assume that at 64 the bones might be hurting as well.
People who have never ran a mile in their life have bone pain as well.
Bottom line answer, it depends on the person and old is old, expect pain.
I’m not saying 64 is old. I can’t because I’m not 64 yet.

I had to stop watching after a few seconds.
B. I think his name was Moochelle.
I found myself say “OUCH,ouch OUCH!!” out loud about 31 times in a row while watching that Ball Clubbing Kempo. I can’t help but to presume a certain amount of sadism or masochism is going on here. The very toned down Westernized version may be we you see teenagers who suffer from anxiety and depression then become Cutters, using a straight edge razor blade to inflict minute events of searing pain, leaving only a small wound. The pain provides a high or a thrill they feel nowhere else in life. Over here in the states that last scence, where the Senai teaches a young man about the ‘arts’ of Ball Clubbing. He watches, they then Club as a duo. That would get this ‘teacher’ shut down for child abuse in no time. I do admire their overall toughness and agility, like the Mongol Warriors John Kerry spoke about.
There is a video on YouTube of a very old Grandmaster Yip Man (who trained Bruce Lee) demonstrating Sil Lim Tao (a Wing Chun exercise) just days prior to his death. His speed and accuracy are astounding.
THEY ARE HITTING THEMSELVES IN THE NUTS!!!!!!
