Lol. My son is just as pathetic. But why limit it to youth? Lol. I better stop before I start bashing the males I know.

I don’t know about Tricare and tubal ligations. (spell check changed that to libations. Lol) After watching a friend nearly die from a tubal pregnancy due to a tubal ligation, I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone. Of course, I wouldn’t have recommended it before that either . . .

I should say my sons! I think my oldest will get along ok. But the second one is, uh, not much concerned about anything.

My oldest is so drifty I’m almost afraid to leave him home alone. It’s like he’s got Alzheimer’s at 20. “Bill, you left the stove on again?” “Oh?”

I think it’s Digital Dementia.

Son#2 does lose himself in the cyber world when given the opportunity. He will surface in our house long enough to cook himself something to eat and to leave the dirty pans and dishes on the stove, on the counter, in the sink, on the table, wherever! He does everything the same way. If he reads, he reads without interruption. If he plays ball, he goes all out. If he plays a game on the Internet, he plays to be the best. But he wouldn’t begin to know how to make a doctor appointment. He could fill out the forms at the doctor’s office. Son#1 leaves paperwork to others.

My son will be doing one thing on his laptop, playing a game on his DS, texting on his phone, and listening to music all at once. But at least (as he often reminds us) he’s not a felon, like the boy across the street.
