The guilty go free and the innocent are punished. That’s that you are wanting. If cops ever want to know why they are hated and not trusted, use this as an example.

In that case, the punish would certainly fit the crime.

The problem in our society is that we want to play by the rules instead of desiring the proper outcomes. When the rules no longer support the proper outcomes we still keep to the rules.
