where that pipe is. We have a large roof, and I’m getting ready to change the direction of the water flow into some
barrels.
We used to use barrels for the rainwater on the roof. Now we have it routed into a swimming pool. We use it for the largest gardens. Hubby put a spigot on the pool near the bottom. So we have gravity irrigation.
we still have some barrels on the down hill side of the house, though so that it is closer to the raised beds, and fruit trees, but have to use buckets to haul it, as he didn’t want to mess with putting on spigots.
