They will pass all kinds of wildly (publicly) popular bills like the Keystone pipeline passage, Obamacare individual mandate repeal, energy exploration (oil fracking coal), EPA oversight, tax cuts, votes on IRS -- all things that Obama is on the wrong side of 70% public approval.

First off, the GOP isn’t the radical force this article suggests. Ideally, they would simply start passing bills that finally move the country away from socialism. This would include real step wise immigration reform, an alternative to ACA, and tax a social program reforms. Obamas refusal to sign these bills would then set up the basis for the 2016 Presidential campaign arguments.
