I drove one of those three wheel Cushmans as an ice cream truck back around 1973. On my route was a “black neighborhood”. I never saw anything like it. The kids mobbed the Cushman and as I’m getting out they were taking off with a couple of boxes of ice cream sandwiches.

And then they had no ice cream truck servicing them, unlike the civilized neighborhoods. There is a reason this country has “food deserts” and the resident’s have only themselves to blame. The civilized ones get out at all costs.
