I always loved McQuinn’s 12-string jangly Rickenbacker sound and the Byrds’ cover of “My Back Pages” (the full album version) is one of my all time favorite rock and or roll songs.

They did a great job on it. I like their version a lot better than Dylan's own. (His "Another Side of Bob Dylan" was a half-hearted album in general.)

A lot of people were doing Dylan songs. But he told Robert Shelton that because of the way his contract was written, he made more money when someone else did his songs than when he did.
