No, market forces did not work. If they did, people would have simply bought the book from Amazon or another retailer, and not shopped at Costco.

Conservatives acted just like the leftists that we're supposed to oppose.

BTW, I'm not a Costco fan, I don't have a membership, and would never set a dead foot in their store.

greatly increased sales (market forces) have pushed D'Souza's book to NUMBER ONE on Amazon's Top 100 Best Seller List.

well, membership costs money and I would interpret this action as people saying “we’re not going to keep paying unless you stock the products we want”
