Based on this mushy data, expect more like 40% de-enrollment, if they can ever leave the Hotel Careifornia. That is a pretty good guess. Over 1/3 of all workers change jobs in under 2 years. Then consider that something like 50% of all workers live paycheck to paycheck. There is not a lot of stable cash flow going in that segment of the population..
