"These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed, if so celestial an article as Freedom should not be highly rated." - Thomas Paine; 1776

Good morning!
Still nothing new on Q&R...sigh. There have been rumors of Pgh stations making some changes this month but right now everything is quiet.

Morning p6. I hope something happens by September. Listening to Fox news channel right now. Brian Kilmeade and Friends on at 9:00. Don’t know who is on now.
Oh, a repeat of Hannity’s show from last night? Ugh! Juan Williams. What an Obama butt-kisser!

The more time that goes by, the less I think anything will happen with Q&R. We may have to settle for Quinn’s tweets. Hope I’m wrong.

I just don’t understand why they can’t put out podcasts. I’d pay a monthly subscription to download them.
I wish we could reach out to whomever represents Q&R and tell them that.
They have their own website and could post audio files daily - we already know they can do that, because they’ve recorded two messages and posted them.
Maybe there’s legalese or some such that I don’t understand.

I think a podcast would be a great idea. I’m sure they could find businesses to sponsor it.

I remember a website called TalkShoe (or something similar). I think it was live podcasting with the possibility of calls being received (kind of live talk radio over the Internet). I'll have to look into it again.

I believe just like WKHB you must buy your time on that site outright.
