President Barack Obama will spend Wednesday afternoon discussing the immigration crisis with faith leaders, politicians, and Texas Governor Rick Perry in Dallas.
But the issues surrounding immigration extend beyond Texas. People across the country are coming together as part of a National Day of Action for immigration reform.
At the Texas Association of Business and similar locales in 19 other states, community leaders are stressing the need for immigration reform, and they are urging Congress to take action now.
Leaders in business, manufacturing, agriculture and religion say Congress and the Obama administration need to work together to help end the immigration crisis.
